This draft explains what data OutcomeFlow currently collects on `outcomeflow.io`, how it is used, and how to request updates or deletion.

What we collect
- Email addresses submitted through waitlist signup forms.
- Email addresses and calculator input ranges submitted through the ROI calculator capture form.
- Basic technical metadata required for delivery and abuse prevention (for example, request timestamps).
How we use data
- Send waitlist updates, invites, and product announcements related to OutcomeFlow Lease.
- Send ROI calculator follow-up content requested by the user.
- Operate, monitor, and improve site conversion flows.
Retention and deletion
Leads are retained while the early access program is active and until a deletion request is received. We will periodically review and remove stale records that are no longer needed for the purpose above.
To request deletion or correction, email hello@outcomeflow.io from the address you used to sign up.
Third-party processors
We may use infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and email delivery platforms to process form submissions and send messages. The active set of providers may change as the product evolves.
Opt-out and unsubscribe
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe path when available. You can also opt out at any time by contacting hello@outcomeflow.io.
